Really good vegan and veggie range - Edit
Really good range of vegan and veggie options- savoury pastries, sweet treats, paninis and sandwiches and coffee.
Read moreWe had a mushroom tart, butternut squash roll and a sundried tomato roll with some vegan coleslaw and some great coffee! All served in paper or compostable tubs.
Would give 5 stars if I could but won’t let me as it’s not fully vegan or veggie. However I think the range of options in a small deli in a relatively small welsh town is amazing!
Pros: Good size of items , Range of options, Coffee!

Gave me tea with milk in!! - Edit
Was so excited to try some of the delicious vegan food, they had brownies, flapjacks, strudel and lots of savoury food. However, awfully laid out so the queue was out the door, they then proceeded to make me tea with milk in it when I specifically asked for it without! They weren’t particularly bothered when I complained. I would definitely get food from here but thoroughly put off now

Great deli with home cooked food - Edit
I nearly didn't go into this deli/cafe because the menu in the window didn't look very inspiring.
Read moreBut I am glad I did. There are a few vegan items worth a mention - especially the home-made baked goods. I had a vegan veg tart with mixed salad leaves, tomato and vegan mayo. The crust was thick and crumbly. Perfect short crust pastry. And the filling was deep and very tasty.
Then for dessert I ordered a vegan apple strudel, which again was deep-filled with lovely home-made pastry. There is only one choice of plant milk for hot drinks (soya), but it was a good coffee, so that was fine.
Prices were pretty reasonable at the time I visited.
Only a couple of tables, but most people seemed to be taking their purchases out.
Definitely worth a visit.
Pros: Beautiful home cooked food at a reasonable price, Good coffee, Friendly service
Cons: Only 2 tables to eat in, Only soya milk for hot drinks
