You won’t be disappointed! - Edit
Shared a tofu burger and a bean burger absolutely delicious both came with fries . There is limited seating so had a takeaway (took 15 mins) and sat opposite on the benches overlooking the harbour .

Lovely burgers, lots of options - Edit
Bean burgers offered for almost all options, with the acception of a tofu patty for the Sunflower. I ordered the Kim Chi Burger, and it was delish! We have come here several times for over a decade, and it has always been catering for vegans when few others were, so for that, they have my respect 👌

A winning combination - Edit
This is a great concept where you pre order food and collect later fro the window. You can get a walk up but better to plan as so popular. It’s popular because it’s delicious. I had the tofu sunflower and my wife had a black bean burger. The sticky aubergine salad was fantastic. I’m going back tomorrow night.

Aggressive and slow - Edit
They advised that it would take an hour to produce a burger and chips, and slammed the phone down when I asked if it would take an hour. I appreciate that sometimes things get busy but being defensive and blaming the customer isn’t the best solution

Good burgers - Edit
The place is small but the menu is well labelled for vegan options, even the drinks! The food was good. As others reviewed, the fries were skin on and very good. I also recommend the banana split for desert.

Awesome burgers - Edit
Wanted to rate 5 stars but can’t because they’re not fully vegan/vegetarian. The chips are skin on fries and they’re so good. I have the blackbean burger, my partner has the sunflower. The tofu aioli is lovely. The blue nachos are lovely and crispy, served warm as they’re obviously made to order. For dessert we have ordered the vegan banana split twice and both times it has been brilliant - comes with vanilla and chocolate ice cream and fake honeycomb pieces (like the inside of a crunchy).

Love this place - Edit
Went here back in April. Great atmosphere, delicious vegan burger choices, fabulous puddings & friendly helpful staff. Lovely to see all people enjoying this place - families, young trendy folk & older couples/friends. That was second time eaten here & loved it both times

Delicious - Edit
Really great selection of vegan options, I had the BBQ bean burger which was delicious. Staff were all very friendly and quick service. Takeaway is offered as well which is great as only short distance from sea front and often very busy.

Nice burgers, several vegan options, and a fabulous vegan dessert (banana split made with chocolate sorbet).
Read moreSmall space and very popular so be prepared to share a table (long tables with stalls). Service was efficient and friendly but it is very popular so the atmosphere is a bit hectic.

Bit of a letdown - Edit
This place has four vegan options and tons of good reviews so I was expecting a bit better. I ordered the bean deluxe and the patty had so much cinnamon in it that I couldn't taste anything else. Maybe the tofu patty is better but I wouldn't recommend any of the black bean burgers until they tweak the recipe.

One of the only places open for food in st ives on a sunday evening also happens to have several vegan burger options!
Read moreWord of warning though it fills up super fast! We joined a line outside 15 mins before it opened and only just managed to get seated, we noticed lots of others popping in to book for later on, you cant book a table of two though. Its all bench seating and super small inside. Staff were lovely and very clued up on vegan. We had a mexican style burger with lots on it. Fries come with and i tried their house piccalilli which was awesome. Not so hreat on the vegan puddings optiins but we were too stuffed to eat anythjgn else anyway. Thought it was a bit pricey for what it was but overall a very nice meal.
Pros: great tasty food, friendly clued up staff, lots of options
Cons: very busy, bench seating not all that comfy

This place doesn't take bookings for two people, but they'll get you in within 30mins normally.
Read moreTables are shared, and it's a nice atmosphere. All the bean burgers are now vegan (hurrah!) just a couple of amends needed for burgers to be fully vegan (ie swap alioli for hummus). Burgers are labelled up and staff are knowledgable.
I had the bean deluxe and it was delicious...perhaps the best I've had!!
Quick turnaround but didn't feel pressured to leave.
The cafe is also green - recycling everything they can, green powered, and locally sourced food.
Really delicious, would highly recommend.
Pros: staff knowledge , good vegan choice , very tasty

Now with more vegan options - Edit
Stumbled upon this place while wondering around St Ives. Glad to find that now offers around 4 vegan burgers plus sides, additional vegetarian options plus ability to adapt a lot of the meat options.
Read moreI'm spoilt as a Glasgow resident, having access to an embarrassingly vaste array of vegan burgers in my home city and while I'd not rate those offered here as highly as my favourite 13th Note falafel burger, the burgers we had were nice (the 'sunflower' and the blackbean burger), the atmosphere and setting pleasant, staff efficient and friendly.
Good to have another option in the St Ives area.
Pros: Number of vegan options, Nice atmosphere and setting, Good staff
Cons: Bit expensive

Bit Disappointed... - Edit
Blas Burgerworks is definitely worth checking out if you are ever in the area and is a much better alternative then your usual pubfood vegetable burger. Couple that with a nice vibe and you have a good night ahead of you. The staff are excellent too. Inside they have a good selection of vegetarian burgers ranging between £9-11 such as the black bean burger and beetroot burgers but unfortunately there are no vegan options that are labelled so I had to ask to make sure it was vegan for my partner. We both decided to get the spicy tofu burger with chips and upon arrival it looked very appealing and a sizable portion too but the tofu burger itself was quite mushy, which was disappointing, as I was expecting something more chewy. I would go back but maybe try out a vegi option next time, although I have heard since that another vegan option is in the pipeline.

Cons: Expensive, Limited Vegan Options
