Too ordinary taste

They offer a large vegan set, however, some rolls contain nut sauce with eggs in the composition. You can ask not to add it or replace it with mango sauce.

The set is really huge, but you can order just some types of rolls.

The taste of the rolls is quite simple, not something unusual. If the chef adds vegan mayonnaise, or a mixture of vegan mayonnaise and vegan unagi, or something like that, it would be quite different matter. The filling is also too simple: raw vegetables, classic tofu, raw shiitake mushrooms. I would advise adding, for example, smoked tofu fried in soy sauce, fried eggplant, fried mushrooms.

The rolls with tempura have too thick “bready” layer of tempura, this layer is soft, not crispy at all. It looks like the roll is wrapped in a thick pancake.

In my opinion, it is worth finalizing the recipes for vegan rolls, making them more bright in taste.

Pros: huge vegan set, huge portions, friendly staff
