So many options! - Edit
This was the first time I was overwhelmed by choices! The vegan options went beyond just a salad, pasta, or plant based burger option. It was a real treat to put several items together and really feel like I had a complete meal. Their menu options, for vegans and non-vegans, were definitely more upscale than any other pub I’ve been to. *vegan options clearly marked

This has been the best meal I’ve had in and around the Mad River Valley and I’ve been living here part-time for years. In the past year, they added a number of vegan items (one of the owners is vegan) and they are FANTASTIC.

Sorry for not including pictures but we devoured it immediately.

Beyond friendly staff. Great vibe. Numerous vegan options on the menu (having a vegan chef helps!) It was a wonderful surprise along our road trip.

They’ve added so many vegan options. Everything I tried was really good. Definitely a spot that I’d recommend you check out if you’re in the area. The mushroom steamed buns and the vegetable pancake were especially good.

Found out the chef’s wife is vegetarian and so he’s been working on getting more vegan options on the menu (now about 7 items).

Delicious! udon noodle bowl, listed right on the menu. Didn’t ask if they could make anything else vegan because I was happy with that option.
