After booking another place and finding they had run out of their only vegan option at 8.15pm I found this pub on Happy Cow and luckily they could fit us in. Swanage doesn’t seem to have a huge amount of vegan options hence our two breakfasts at the lovely Java and then two evening meals here. On the first night I had some really yummy arancini balls to start and then an equally nice Moroccan chickpea tagine to follow. On the second night I asked if the beetroot chilli could be made vegan and they were happy to oblige. It was so delicious with guacamole, tortilla chips,the chilli and rice. I was very full after all this!

Nice pub with decent Veg/Vegan options - Edit
Ate here as family of 5 over the Jubilee bank holiday, was fully booked when we went it, but they had a cancellation last minute so offered us table outside which was ideal. Good menu with decent Veg and Vegan options. I had the jerk sweet potato and mango rice which was really tasty, wife had veg burger as did the kids. Enjoyable meal and good service would eat here again

Great pub with some good vegetarian options - Edit
We had dinner there on a Saturday evening and we had only just managed to book a table the day before, it's very popular, with good reasons. They have at least three vegetarian options in the main menu, which is great and they were tasty. I had the arancini and my husband the vegetarian meatloaf, both were very good. The specials board didn't offer any vegetarian/vegan options out of the six, so I gave them some feedback and soon after they responded that they would in future offer some.
