Great find in Fort William! We both enjoyed our pizza's, me a vegan and my partner a vegetarian. This is a lovely little pub with friendly staff.

Amazing Drinks, Not Many Vegan Pizza Options - Edit
We came to the Black Isle bar for drinks and pizzas, having been to the Inverness one before. The drinks were great as usual, but if I remember, I think there was more choice as the Inverness Black Isle. We decided not to stay for pizza in the end, as the only vegan options were mozzarella or 'garden medley'.

You must eat pizza there! - Edit
They have three kinds of vegan pizza - but you have to tell the staff that you want vegan cheese. Their pizza is really delicious! One of the best vegan pizzas I have ever eaten.

We had the tartufo pizza with vegan cheese. And yum! That was a really good pizza! There we two more veggie options that could have been modified to be vegan. Would come back!

Amazing pizza - Edit
There are only two vegan options on the pizza menu but oh my god this was one of the best pizzas I ever had (vegan or not). Usually I would have given just three stars because of the limited options, but when something is that good, it has to show in the rating. Perfect dough, perfect crust, perfect tomato sauce, wonderful vegan mozzarella, killer garlic oil - all rounded up by a cool atmosphere and loads of really great beers - what more could you ask for?

Excellent pizza and beer - Edit
This is a wonderful place to grab a few beers and enjoy excellent pizza. The dough is tangy sourdough fired to perfection, Neapolitan style. The staff was more than willing to provide custom pizzas beyond the two suggested.

Good :) - Edit
I was happy with it. The service was nice and I had only to wait 10' for my vegan Margharita, which was good (not wow and not awful, simply good). Bit pricy maybe 14.50 but the pizza had also a good size, so it's okay.

Bring time - Edit
We had to wait 90min for our pizza and they said that was the normal waiting time. I think that's unacceptably long. When the Pizza arrived it was super oily, even though not bad in total. But by now they only have two vegan options, margarita and mushrooms.

Very good pizza - Edit
Very good vegan options.
Read moreI had the autunale pizza with the vegan cheese.
There are a couple more options i think, basically the ones that don't have meat, they can use Veg cheese instead.
There is also a vegan app, Italian olives.
Definitely a great option if you're in a pinch, and the service was very fast.
Scan the QR code for the menu, order and pay at the bar, and you're set.
Pros: Fast service, Great pizza, Not boring.
Cons: Have to ask for the vegan option., Only open for supper.

Lovely staff, cool venue, decent pizza - Edit
Stopped here on the way to Glencoe for pizza. Staff were super friendly, venue is really cool - pizza was really good BUT a little too much cheese for my liking so was a big claggy. They were also super dog friendly and gave our dog a water bowl.

Pub with organic beer and some vegan pizza's - Edit
Nice busy pub, they have tasty vegan organic beers. We ordered bread with hummus, the vegan pepperoni pizza, which was good but not great and a salad as a side dish.

Great atmosphere - Edit
Brewery located in an old church. Ordered the vegan pepperoni pizza with added mushrooms. It was very spicy but tasty. Can’t compare the taste of the pepperoni though as I’ve never had pepperoni or vegan pepperoni before. Overall pretty good but in future I think I’ll stick to a veg pizza.

Booja Booja on the bar! - Edit
Fabulous bar with mostly vegan beers and several pizza options. We had two pizzas followed by Booja Booja! All great. These are traditional pizzas made in a pizza oven - a lovely treat.

Pizza 🍕 - Edit
Went here based on happy cow reviews and good location.
Read moreThere are two vegan pizza options and a vegan garlic bread. As others have said you could ask for variations on the toppings.
We had the margarita, pesto, and garlic pizza. I would only recommend the pesto pizza. We had it with no mushrooms as we don't like them. I should have asked for olives to be added which would have been nice. The margarita was a little lacking in tomato spread for my taste which resulted in the pizza being a bit plain. The garlic pizza was odd, it was this thick garlic paste.
Overall it was a good experience and I'm grateful they had vegan options.

Good options if you ask for adaptations - Edit
When you look at the menu there is only one vegan pizza option however some are very close so if you speak to staff they can change and adapt things to make your perfect fully vegan pizza. They don’t have any vegan meats but do have a delicious vegan pesto and mozzarella.

Nice pizzas - Edit
Nice pub with outdoor seating and great beer. The vegetarian pizzas can be made vegan if replacing the cheese with a nice vegan stringy-type cheese. We had the margherita and the mushroom pizzas, which were delicious with a nice thin crust.
