Packed up my 5 kids (2 who are disabled) and drove an hour to eat vegan breakfast. Happy Cow says it’s open, Google too, but there’s a printed sign taped to the door that says “Closed Mon/Tues.” I have to listen to meltdowns while I turn around and try to find another spot. So frustrating and disappointing.
