Serves bagels with spreads of herb & garlic cream cheese or sobrasada (chorizo), and offers a breakfast bagel with eggy-tofu, cheese, bacon and avocado. Coffee, tea, soft drinks, and local craft beers are available. Founded 2017 and opened this shop in 2018. Preorder via website. Open Mon-Fri 08:30-20:30, Sat-Sun 10:00-20:30. Kitchen fully open 10am - 2pm.

Every time I am in Madrid I find a moment to go to Bite Me and get some donuts, because they are the best I have ever tried. Besides that, the place is super cute and the staff more than friendly! And for what they offer, I find the price also very good. I definitely recommend it.

The donuts are amazing! I had a miso almond doughnut. Strange combination, I thought at first but it was absolutely delicious! The chai is incredible, too. Very spicy and sweet. They offered us some doughnut holes at the end as "dessert". Hahaha Very nice people! ☺️🍩♥️

Seriously the best Bagel that I ever had! - Edit
I've lived in United States for a year and during that time I wasn't vegan yet and had a lot of Bagels which were sometimes vegan and sometimes not and I can say that the Breakfast Bagel that I had at Bite Me Cafe is definitely the best one that I ever had! I highly recommend going there. :)

I bet no one would guess that it is vegan if they would not know before trying. The Donuts and the Coffee are great as well and the people working there are super nice!

What to say? I could say I come here every week. That Joel is the nicest owner you could ever ask for. That the doughnuts change flavor every week, are homemade, only use fresh fruit and authentic ingredients. I could also ramble about how they only stock in the finest chai and coffee they could find and they searched for a very long time. I could also indulge in how their savory offerings are just as good with heavenly bagels and sourdough toasts.
