Serves meat, vegan options available. Little bistro/cafe for takeaway or on the spot eats in the airport. In the morning they serve vegan croissants, at lunch vegan pizza and all day long they serve fruit, juices and salads. Open Mon-Sun starting 30 minutes before the first flight until the last flight. Located in terminal 1 transit zone so a ticket is required to access it.

Just sad - Edit
Went here to get the veggie burger. Was informed that the bread was not vegan. Could not find anything else suitable so ended up getting the burger without the bread. Grossly overpriced but I don’t know if that’s a Geneva thing.
Read moreThey wrapped the burger in lettuce but added no sauce whatsoever. The patty was ok, might have been beyond, but it was not fully cooked though. Fries were soggy.
They did have a sad looking falafel salad too and I almost regretted not going for that one instead.
Pros: Got guacamole to dip fries in, Decent patty type
Cons: No vegan burger bread, very expensive , Soggy fries, no sauce in burger, Patty not cooked through.

Hey, options! - Edit
The advice to turn left after security was spot on. The bistrot is located down what I would call a narrow shopping hallway. No vegan croissants when I was there, but there’s oat milk and a veggie burger. Can’t argue with that for airport food.

Vegan burger - Edit
Only vegan option I could find past security at Geneva airport. No salad or pizza options as mentioned in other reviews.

Just one option, a salad - Edit
Contrary to other reviews, there was no vegan pizza or burger in terminal 1 Bistrot today. There are a few more options for pescatarians, but none for bivalvegans.
Read moreThe salad was nice enough, with edamame, mango, and avocado.
If you have time and want more choices, you may be better off eating before security.

Wow Burger - Edit
Ich hatte einen Wow Bürger mit Fritten für knapp 20 Franken. War lecker. Wer lieber etwas gesundes mag, für den gibt es auch eine vegane Bowl für ca. 15 Euro.

VEGAN CROISSANTS! - Edit
Out of the way in Terminal 1– just past security, to the left (rather than right for all of the gates, etc) tucked back in a corner. Vegan croissants! I was so excited, I bought two. Great flaky texture, not a ton of flavor. Great for airport food! They also had soy milk for coffee drinks.

Good portion pizza - Edit
This is in Terminal 2, 2nd floor. This was the only thing substantial we could find at the airport but it is filling and good $11 per piece.

Not bad for an airport - Edit
The amount of time I’ve spend waiting in this airport, and they finally provide some vegan options! Honestly it’s a god-save! But it’s pricey!
Read moreThe croissant is nice, but the pizza is a bit bland.
It’s the only place in the airport that serves vegan food, so you might find yourself there :)
