Acceptable for dinner with carnivores

If your carnivore friends want to eat at an expensive restaurant, Bistro Kattila is a decent option to enjoy their company in a good atmosphere. Not suitable if you're hungry or if you require variety.

I've visited twice so far, about one year apart. My friends were satisfied with their animal-based food and wine and we had a good time. In both cases I ordered pasta with artichokes: the first time it was ok, the second it felt tasteless (I guess the artichokes harvest of this year was poor).

Pros: Appealing to non-vegans, Nice staff, Good location

Cons: Only one vegan option, Vegetables are not tasty

Cute restaurant and nice staff

I have been to this place with my friend for lunch. I ordered the vegan option of the day for lunch time, which was a delicious vegan moussaka. They made the same thing for my friend but since she requested for a vegan AND gluten free option they modified the dish to make it suitable for her. The staff was very kind to us and the atmosphere was really nice and cosy. I really recommend to go there at least once when in Tampere
