Best Vegan Options at Graton Resort!

I love visiting Graton Resort and Casino in the heart of the beautiful California wine country — but finding vegan options in the dozen restaurants on offer hasn’t always been easy. Delighted, therefore, to find at least three moderately priced and delicious new vegan (or veganizalble) options on offer at this brand new restaurant, just recently opened inside the casino a few months earlier! The Hummus Plate was exceptional, including an array of beautifully-braised locally-sourced veggies and generous-sized pita bread baked on site. Likewise the ratatouille inside a (vegan-butter!) pie crust was superb. My friend enjoyed their Vitality Bowl packed with quinoa and locally-sourced veggies — just be sure to order it without the egg. Didn’t try the black bean burger yet but based on the other excellent vegan dishes I predict it will be extra-tasty. Sides of house-made potato chips, asparagus, and fries also on offer!
