Hearty vegetarian food with vegan options - Edit
Very friendly staff and they ask you for your genuine opinion of how the food is. Price is reasonable for the generous portion. Tried the Thursday special which is the vegetarian sambal fish with rice, it was so so so delicious and the spice level was just nice. I really enjoyed my food. Definitely recommend this place 💯

1st visit since food court renovation - Edit
Ordered Lor Mee (Braised soup noodles). The standard is like before - Good. Decent options available e.g. mini dim sum stuffs. In one of the photos, you can find contact which you can “donate” meals to the needy.

Delicious 4 in 1 dim sum set - Edit
Bought their 4 in 1 dim sum set, $3.50 only, consist of yam cake, chee cheong fun, chwee kuey and siew mai, all are delicious, the best is their chwee kuey, siew mai also not bad, located at Bishan Cafeteria, just beside Bishan bus interchange, yet to try their other dishes

Great variety but lack in taste - Edit
This stall has been my savior since my school days 20 years ago. That said, the quality, flavour and taste has always been low and no significant improvement over these years. Good variety but the standard vege mock meats are used. Curry taste very “temple-like”. Portions can be bigger.

Cons: Low quality lack of colours and freshness , Hot environment , Few seating

Decent - Edit
One of the few busy vegetarian stalls I've encountered. Despite having to handle 4-5 customers at once during busy periods, the people working here remain calm and made sure every customer gets their food as quickly as possible.
Read moreI love the huge variety on the menu, with noodles like lor mee and rice items like xiang chun fried rice, and filling side dishes like chee cheong fun, chwee kueh and radish cake. The only problem I have with them is the taste, IMO is not 'quite there' yet.
For example, their lor mee lacked the herbal taste I prefer.
Still, it's one place definitely worth the try.

Mixed dry noodles - Edit
The mixed dry noodles ($3.50) came with crispy flat squares, soy ’char siew’ & shredded cabbage, as well as a sauce that had sesame oil, tomato sauce & soy sauce. Sauce was a lil’ too sweet for me though! // The bak kut teh (Fri afternoon special, $4.50) was on the sweeter side but was chock full of yummy ingredients :) Really appreciated how generous they were with the huge monkeyhead mushroom chunks :3

quick service - Edit
While the cai fan is a little too oily for me, I have to applaud them for their quick service when it comes to the zi char options. The best part is when this is paired with relatively lower prices, a wide variety of dim sum (of which my ultimate favourite is the pumpkin pau), and Zi char options for dinner times.

Best option nearby - Edit
I used to take this station often when I worked in Singapore, so if I needed food, this was the best option I've found nearby. There is a hawker center and shopping mall nearby this station, but nothing provides full vegetarian options. This is the only full veggie place (mock-meat and non-mock-meat dishes) I've found near this area.
Read moreI like it, but I try not to eat here often because they use msg.
Pros: Convenient location, Cheap
Cons: They use MSG

Vegetarian Food @ Bishan Bus Interchange - Edit
There is a vegetarian stall by the name Bishan Vegetarian stall which is just above the Bishan Bus Interchange.
Read moreThe mini food court has been renovated and it looks more presentable.
I enjoyed a simple breakfast there. Ordered the Chee Cheong Fun @ S$1.6 and it tasted good. The fried bee hoon with a deep fried spring roll cost S$2. The fried bee hoon was a little lack of taste as I guess it meant to be pair with curry vegetable or gravy.
They do serve some dim sum and some other local vegetarian favourites.
