Serves meat, vegan options available. Chain breakfast diner with a vegan menu section that includes vegan eggs, sausage, French toast, burritos, tacos and more. Open Mon-Sat 6:30am-2:30pm, Sun 7:00am-2:30pm.
Went for the French toast and also got the southwest order. They were out of the vegan egg so they said. I eat egg so I did substitute that for the southwest vegan option. It was made with soy chorizo and was decent. However I have it in my head that it wasn’t vegan based because they brought out a non vegan French toast. It had a thing of butter on it which made me ask. The server was like oh yeah we are out of the egg so thats probably why they sent regular. Which is def not okay that the cook thought that was okay. My server went back and said they found a little bit of just egg and that they were going to make a vegan French toast. It def looked different than the first one. But again I kinda questioned if what I was eating was vegan. My boyfriend thinks so because he said it def tasted different. Anyways, I just wouldn’t recommend coming if you’re fully vegan. They don’t seem to understand what vegan means. You might have a better chance saying no dairy, meat or eggs from the beginning? If they’re out of the just egg you’re kinda screwed for options.
They set the plates down and said, "this is all vegan." They served me a side of butter for my toast and so I asked if it was vegan. They said, no that's butter. 🤦♀️ my red potatoes tasted like they'd been soaking in beef broth.
The"egg" scramble and burrito were amazing though.
