Cute Cafe with Nice Treats - Edit
Cute bakery right off a town square. Very helpful staff who helped us identify the "vegano" options. The sandwiches were decadent. Kind of like a stuffed biscuit in the shape of a pita. There was a hummus mixture option and a plaintain option. We tried both and loved them. We didnt have room for the vegan chocolate cake but it sure did look good. The iced almond milk latte was great. They also had bottled Ecudorian beer.

Excellent alternative for vegans in this area - Edit
The restaurant is located in a nice area and offers a number of vegan options, including two different types of pancakes and several types of arepa, vegan cake (there's more options, but these are the ones I've tried and they're great!) Vegan items are clearly labelled on the menu and they offer almond milk. Atmosphere is nice, seating is very comfortable and it has good WiFi and AC. Staff is friendly. Would definitely recommend checking it out, especially for breakfast.
