Lots of stuff - Edit
Doesn’t have much fridge space but always has some nice things! Has body care, supplements, gifts, huge selection of teas, some cupboard staples and more. You’d be hard pressed not to leave with something! And they always have something new!

A great little health store - Edit
I shop at Birkdale Health regularly for my staple vegan food such as tofu and also vegan treats such as Booja-Booja ice cream and Round Ups (vegan Wagon Wheels), the shop has huge tea and supplement ranges. All the staff are all friendly and helpful, I can’t fault it.
