Great spot to relax before a travel day - Edit
We had to check out of our Airbnb at 10, but didn't have our train out of town until 12:30. This was a great spot to spend time with a soy cappuccino, vegan croissants, and a good book. We were there maybe around 10:30, and the only vegan options left were the berry, plain, and apple raisin, I think..so if you want the chocolate or the crema, get there earlier! The berry croissants were super tasty, and we enjoyed our coffees as well.

Good value coffee - Edit
This is the only Cafe we have found in Italy that served oat milk as well as soy milk. Coffees are very cheap and they had several vegan croissants. Staff are lovely.

Flexible nice organic Café - Edit
Staff was very helpful. They made uns avo-toast (which was simple but delicious), eventhough it was not on the menue. I was lucky , I got the last vegan croissant (at midday). Be sure to get there early to get one of those.

beautiful café with nice staff - Edit
We absolutely fell in love with Bio Linno Caffè. We went there on our last day in La Spezia and even came back later for coffee to go! They don’t usually do it, but they made an exception for us which was rlly lovely. Coffee and pastries are really affordable. They had only two vegan pastries when I was there which is shame and also toilets had a wet floor. Otherwise I recommend it 10/10.

Pretty good for breakfast: it’s called “Biolino” not “Bio linno” - Edit
Ate breakfast here. Had a vegan croissant with vegan cream inside and and an orzo cappuccino (barley coffee) with soy milk. Both were good. Has a couple of vegan lunch options which I didn’t try: potatoes, spinach (looked vegan but not sure) and a pasta dish with tomato sauce. Also has poke bowls with tofu.

No vegan croissants when I visited (July, 2022) but staff were super friendly and were able to make us up some vegan poke bowls with rice, tofu and veggies.
