Must go if you are looking for ecological options

I recently visited BioBazar and was blown away by the amazing selection of vegan products available. I had the Super Jagoda drink from the Ekosokibar which was absolutely delicious and served in a glass bottle. I also tried the vegan drozdzowka with strawberries from the coffee place on the opposite side (they have plant milk) which was fantastic, and later also had a raw tiramisu cake that was also sugar-free.

Wide variety of fresh fruits and vegetables. The quality of the produce was excellent, and I loved being able to find everything I needed in one place.

I highly recommend BioBazar to anyone looking for vegan and ecological options in Warsaw. The bazar is amazing, and the variety of products is truly impressive.

Great Farmer’s Market!

This organic farmers market is filled with many vendors selling just about everything from fresh fruits and vegetables to vegan cheeses and organic cosmetics and cleaning supplies. Also has a wonderful coffee shop, juice bar and a couple little vegan shops inside - one sells waffles (sweet or savory) and pho (plus more) and the other is more like a hot bar with a variety of delicious cooked vegan meals such as chickpea curry and red lentil based nuggets. Also the market does events almost every Saturday!
One downside is they do have vendors selling meat, fish and a wide array of dairy products. However if you are cooking for other non vegans in your family perhaps, this is an awesome one stop place for all your grocery needs!
Right now open three days a week - Saturday (the busiest day when all vendors are there), Friday’s and Wednesday’s (when only about half the vendors are there).

Pros: huge selection , reasonably priced for organic

Cons: non vegan products , crowded on saturdays

Great place to buy actual vegetables and fruits

The market has a lot of merchant stands - from plain vegetables to exotic cakes to fresh meat (unfortunately). Apart from the vegan stands selling all sorts of food and products, there is also a vegan bistro to eat some hot meals - unfortunately, the food and service is so-so there. It is better to buy something from the merchants and take it home and make your own lunch/dinner.

After visiting this market for like 5 times, we can recommend buying the following stuff there: black garlic, giant dates, raw desserts (not all are vegan, ask before buying), coffee, apples and apple juice, small stuffed pies.

Pros: A very wide range of products, Organic, Fresh farm produce

Cons: Stands with meat and fish, Sometimes can be very crowded

Organic veg (for real) with vegan treats

BioBazar is a conglomerate of merchants selling goodies at different spaces within what used to be an old factory.
There is plenty of farmers selling their produce and a couple of vegan bakers selling cakes and waffles, plus savoury items like veggie burgers and flavoured hummus.
Be aware there are stalls selling meat and fish as well.

Pros: fresh and organic , vegan treats, gluten free sugar free options

Cons: selling meat and fish, not open everyday, limited English signs

Organic at affordable price

A huge farmers market that sells only certified fruit, veggies, cheese and meat, cosmetics, whatever.

I have not spent much time there, but I have seen it is very affordable and if you live in Warsaw, you can feel lucky for having this market.

Vegan-friendly market

BioBazar is a very particular market, which you should take some time to explore. It opens every Wednesday and Saturday (and recently started opening Fridays late afternoon too).

Apart from the obvious choice of great organic and seasonal fruit and veggies, there are several stalls selling vegan and gluten free bread, sweet and savoury pastries, cakes, soups, pâtés, etc.

Every Wednesday in Hala 1, before the Portuguese stall, there's a Polish couple who prepares the most delicious vegan pâtés (made with chickpeas, lentils or beans) and amazing pastries, made with whole-wheat, spelt or millet flour, filled with either lentils, chickpeas, cabbage, onion or blueberries (among others).

Each ingredient used is marked, so you can check what is vegan or not (some pastries have butter, cheese or cream) but they understand vegan and will tell you which products are vegan.

In the white small Hala, there are also a few stalls selling vegan items. My favourite is only present on Saturdays, immediately when you enter, to your right, before the baklava stall.

They sell delicious gluten-free bread made with buckwheat, chickpea flour, amaranth etc and also delicious vegan brownies and doughnuts.

Throughout the different Halas there are also a few stalls selling tofu, vegan toiletries, cleaning products, etc.

There's a bigger choice on Saturday as more sellers are present, but Wednesday offers a mroe relaxing experience, especially if you can sit in the sun enjoying the lovely goodies.

My go-to Saturday Spot

I absolutely love the BioBazar. When I'm in Warsaw I go almost every saturday, usually walking there from my house an hour away, it's a wonderful way to spend the day. Despite the odd opening hours it's always a delight to visit and full of life. Did I mention it's in an old factory? Very cool! My favorite spots are the juice bar in side the tent and building #3. There's even a vegan ice cream stand when the weather permits, everything is organic of course and you could easily find full meals (although not necessarily vegan). They sell raw vegan cakes though too, in the tent!

Pros: Organic, Variety, Setting

Cons: Not a restaurant, Full meals not vegan

Best organic choices

A nice farmers' market with a rustic atmosphere.
Many of the people sell fruit and vegetables they have grown themselves.
Good prices and lots of choices for organic products.
Wide variety of typically vegan products (dairy milk, tofu, veggie pates, etc.)
