Organic hotel with sauna, swimming pool, and (non-veg) restaurant. You can request a low allergy (thus vegan) bedding. Breakfast and dinner are buffets with plenty of vegan options. Lunch is a prepared meal. Will make espresso drinks with plant milk on demand. Location is close to the Austrian border with lots of hiking paths around.

Great hotel for vegans & omnivores - Edit
I stayed for a week together with my non-vegan boyfriend. Both of us were very happy with the meals and the staff was very friendly.

Breakfast offers a lot of vegan breads and even croissants. Also porridge, vegetables and fruits. For lunch there was cake, soup and Salad. Breakfast and Lunch was not always perfectly labeled, but the staff was always able to declare which is vegan.
For dinner there was a new menu every evening, which was very well labeled.
There were plenty of choices of vegan foods at all meal times and they were all very delicious.

Great place to stay. We stayed here 2 nights and enjoyed it very much. The food was great. Lots of vegan choice in the buffets and the people are superfriendly.
