Awesome food, we had a chick'n bbq plate and a loaded wedges and they were both awesome. My only regret is I don't live in San Antonio and I can't go back and try all the other great looking menu items.

The food was delicious and plentiful. Close to real tasting (non vegan) food. Mashed potatoes and gravy reminded me of KFC. Wanted to save some but ate the whole thing.

Love This Place - Edit
Have had pretty much every dish and side. This place is fantastic. Best vegan potato salad I have ever had. The oxtail is so remarkable, that I had to ask and double check that it was vegan.

Best southern vegan I've ever had - Edit
Vegan 10 years, veg 4 years, and been to a whole lot of veg places worldwide. By far the best southern veg restaurant I've been to! Get the baked beans and buffalo chicken sliders.

Our favorite place. - Edit
Ugh! We had the day off and we FINALLY made it back! We have been craving Binge for months since we first tried it! We live a good hour away but it's definitely worth the trip. I got the Southern Fried Chikn, Mac and cheese, okra, and broccoli. The portions are good and we left full again! Their sweet tea is perfect! The Mac and cheese is not your typical flavor...but it's yummy! The breading on the chikn and the okra was perfection! I can't wait to go back!

Deep in the Heart of Texas - Edit
Just goes to show, one does not have to eat slaughtered animals to scratch that Texas BBQ or Southern comfort food itch. Enjoyed the vegan chopped bbq, the baked beans and coleslaw the most

Got the last “oxtail” super interesting and cool texture but honestly the potato salad and baked beans knocked my socks off. Sooooo good. Will come back if I can get the time on my short stay here.

Delicious - Edit
Plate lunch style with plenty of classic main and side options. The Mac and cheese was phenomenal, greens were great but a little salty for my taste, chicken was great texture and flavor. 4 instead of 5 because the inside dining experience and service was underwhelming.

Yummy - Edit
We were in San Antonio for spring break and wanted to check this restaurant out before heading back to Dallas. We ordered the smothered chick’n and gravy entree, fried chick’n entree, and coconut crusted chick’n entree. Our sides included potato salad, mac’n’cheese, sweet potatoes, potato wedges, okra, and mashed potatoes (each entree comes with three sides, and we got a couple of the same sides). All of the food was delicious except the mac’n’cheese and potato wedges. The wedges weren’t cooked all the way and the mac’n’cheese tasted off. Everything else was great. We also ordered the loaded fried green tomatoes appetizer, and they were delicious. The portion sizes were good and I was full. Overall, a solid dining experience and we’d definitely go back whenever visiting San Antonio.

I got the southern fried chicken dinner with fried “chicken,” okra, mac ‘n cheese, and potatoes with gravy. Everything was so well seasoned and prepared that I was beyond my expectations! I will definitely be visiting them again for some southern comfort food!!!

The hype is for real - Edit
I was feeling a little nervous about eating here because I hear “binge” and I worry about grease & heavy food. I have a sensitive tummy. This was fresh, savory and delicious. The flavors are well balanced. I had the coconut chicken with broccoli, sautéed cabbage, and candied yams. The gentleman at the front counter (who is very sweet and hospitable) brought me some syrupy apricot sauce that complimented the chicken perfectly. And they have Louisiana hot sauce, which sealed the deal. Everything is home-made and you can taste the love. I give it a 10/10. 😘👌

Binging Out and Worth it! - Edit
This vegan restaurants is really cool for three reasons. One, no matter what you order, each selection is delicious. I couldn't decide between the barbeque sandwich or the chicken sandwich. The potatoes and okra were excellent sides. Two, there is a huge wall sized chalk board. Three, the owners are down to earth and care about the food and environment. They serve you with real plates and forks.

One of THE BEST restaurants - Edit
I brought my fiancé, who is not vegan, with me to come eat here. We have lived in San Antonio before, but I wasn’t vegan then. We decided to try something new! We had the fried green tomatoes, potato salad, Mac and cheese, burger sliders, and the hot honey chicken sliders. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT. Every single bite was amazing. And the staff was so kind in making sure everything was perfect. I will definitely be coming back for more.
