Great vol-au-vent & great potential

Great vol-au-vent, always vegetarian, vegan on request: they will leave out the puff pastry since that's the only ingredient that still contains animal products. The vegan Flemish stew looked nice as well. The service was very friendly and they were happy to tell more about the menu options. Also nice atmosphere, but the acoustics were not ideal. Hopefully, after the pop-up ends, they will find a nice permanent location with better acoustics. And fingers crossed that there will also be vegan options for dessert by then! 🤞
