So delicious!!

I love Bigfan! The food is so tasty. My favourite is the Koo bao, corn ribs, and the Beyond Meat jiaozi. Have also had the aubergine bao which is really tasty too. Have heard very good things about the vegan desserts but haven’t tried them myself

Pros: Delicious food, Great vegan options, Lovely restaurant

Nice food in a bustling setting

tGreat selection of vegan options here. One thing I loved was that our server asked if we had any allergies, being allergic to citrus, she checked for any issues with the dishes I ordered. I know it's how it should be but most places don't bother so I was impressed by this. The food is tasty and each dish arrives as it's ready so you might not have everything at the same time. The dishes aren't huge so you need to order a few. You can order more as you want them. it's a bit pricey but worth the visit.

Big fan of BIGFAN

The restaurant offers small plates to share. The menu has 7 vegan small plates plus some vegan sides and 1 vegan dessert. Our waitress asked if the table had any vegetarians or vegans then explained the menu, making recommendations along the way. She recommended 6 plates between 2 people. We ended up ordering 2 bao, 2 dumpling dishes and a mushroom dish from the main menu plus corn ribs as a side. Every dish looked and tasted great! We particularly liked the wonton in a shallow soup. We had just enough space to fit in the pandan mantou with condensed coconut milk which I loved! We're really glad we gave this place a try. If we were locals, I'm sure we would visit again

Disappointed

This place is really hyped up and the interior was lovely and the atmosphere was good, but I found the food very much plain and flavourless, they focused so much more on the presentation than the flavour of the food. The fried aubergine bao and the corn ribs were decent but the okra and wonton were really lacking.

Pros: Nice vibe

Cons: Flavourless food

Variety of vegan options

It’s a “tapas” style restaurant so we’ve ordered one of each vegan option there and we were not disappointed. Then we’ve repeated our favorites: an aubergine bao and a beyond meat gyoza. Really cool place to gather with non-veggie friends!

Pros: Lots of vegan options , Friendly staff, Casual environment

Cons: A bit costy, Music a bit loud for my taste

Fancy

Nice vibe, good cocktails. Table max 90 min available. Fancy vegan food so dishes are small and you order several ones.

Pros: Good few vegan options, Great taste

Cons: Somewhat oily

Some of the best vegan food I've had in Dublin

Went here on my anniversary and was not disappointed. We ordered all of the vegan options on the menu and everything was amazing! The Koo bao, Lady Fingers, and Enoki Fan were my favourites but everything else was great too.

I am a BIGFAN

I can’t give 5 stars unfortunately, but I wish I could! I’ve been to this place twice and they have great and delicious options here. All staff are well knowledgeable about what is vegan. The spot is quite nice too
