Just OK

Pizza was ok. Used way too much of the vegan cheese. Was very expensive for what we received.

Pros: Easy to veganize pizzas off the menu

Cons: Expensive , Rude service

Great vegan pizza in lower town St.Paul

We had a delicious meal at Big River Pizza: Popeye Pizza (spinach, mushrooms, thyme and vegan cheese) and a People’s Salad, sitting outside on a warm summer evening overlooking the farmer’s market and CHS field. It’s well worth eating your pizza there as the wood-fired crust, which is light and bubbly, gets steamed in a to go box (but still pretty yummy). Big River has vegan cheese and a couple of non-cheese pizzas too.

Pros: Delicious food in an active area

Cons: plastic cups and utensils (too bad)
