My friend and I placed two separate orders, paid with two separate cards at different times. The guy serving then puts my friend's order on my buzzer, which leads to us eating each others food by mistake. When I tried to fix the problem with the server directly, he laughed and said that it wasn't his fault. I tried to deal with it at the restaurant and get an instant fix but the customer service here clearly needs improving. Perhaps the team were having an off day, but the guy serving was incredibly rude, unfriendly and arrogant. On a positive note, the food was ok.
