It is quite rare to have two vegan options on the menu in this part of The Netherlands.
Read moreThe Tausti (tosti) is also possible to have as a vegan option, the menu says, but it will be served without Pepperoni, meatloaf and cheese, with no vegan alternatives, the waitress told me, which means baked vegetables only between the loafs of bread.
However, she also told me that if they know in advance vegans are coming to eat at there restaurant they are happy to buy the alternative ingredients!

Genieten bij Bie de Bron - Edit
Mooie restaurant gelegen naast de ALFA brouwerij. Duurzaam bier met vegatarische en veganistische opties. Veel gerechten zijn "to share" waardoor je een gevarieerd avondeten kan samenstellen.
