Serves meat, vegan options available. Korean-inspired Asian fast food chain founded 2013 with its first outlet in Ohio. An assembly line setup lets customers see the dishes through the glass counter while building own bowl. Choose a base of rice, noodles, roll, or lettuce, then add toppings and protein (beans, potato, tofu), then veggies and sauce. Teriyaki, gochujang, spicy sriracha and sesame ginger sauces are vegan. Miso soup confirmed vegan Feb 2020. Open Mon-Thu 10:30am-9:00pm, Fri-Sat 10:30am-10:00pm, Sun 11:00am-7:00pm.

Delicious and healthy - Edit
I love coming to eat at this place. It’s my favorite non fully vegan restaurant. It’s like chipotle but Korean inspired food. It’s very healthy and the portions can be generous. It’s also a very good price. I highly recommend this place.

1st time at his chain. I was at the Ake wood Square location for lunch. One clearly marked Vegan Bowl available - Plant Based Power Bowl. I added pineapple and subbed the cauliflower rice for noodles because they were out of the rice. Quick, friendly service. Clean food prep area. Nice portion size. Good bowl. I would come back.

If you want to eat healthy, this is your place. Absolutely delicious! I love it because I can add beans and tofu and have a complete meal, protein included. Noodles are fantastic and mushrooms are a must have. Perfect place to go with non vegan/vegetarian friends, because they also serve meat. 100% recommended!
