Serves meat, vegan options available. Korean-inspired Asian fast food chain founded 2013 with its first outlet in Ohio. An assembly line setup lets customers see the dishes through the glass counter while building own bowl. Choose a base of rice, noodles, roll, or lettuce, then add toppings and protein (beans, potato, tofu), then veggies and sauce. Teriyaki, gochujang, spicy sriracha and sesame ginger sauces are vegan. Miso soup confirmed vegan Feb 2020. Reported closed June 2024.

Great options, very happy

We needed a place to stop for lunch on our way to the Indianapolis airport and we are so happy we found Bibibop. It is basically a make your own bowl place with a variety of options for bases, veggies, sauces and toppings. Tofu is the only vegan protein option. I appreciated how clearly everything was labeled and the staff member who helped us was so nice!

Pros: Lots of vegan options for your bowl!, Clear labels , Healthy choices!

Cons: Tofu is the only vegan protein option

Love bibibop tofu bowls!!

Love getting tofu bowls with all the veggies! The teriyaki & sesame ginger sauces are vegan

Pros: Tofu protein option, So many veggies , Customizable

Cons: Only in carmel - need more indy locations!!

So clutch in a crunch

Me gustan mucho las opciones que hay, son deliciosas y baratas teniendo en cuenta la calidad y la cantidad que se obtiene. Cuando quiero algo rápido y que me llene pero no tengo tiempo ni dinero, voy aquí. Construye tu propio bol, hay muchas opciones de verduras y tofu para las proteínas.

I really like the options at, they are yummy and cheap sonsidering the quality and quantity you get. When I want something fast and filling but am crunched for time/cash, I go here. Build your own bowl, there are lots of veggie options and tofu for protein!

Healthier & Fast

Got the Plant Based Power Bowl and found it a good option. Ours was a phone order so only ran into the store to pick up the order - it was ready and waiting within the 10-15 minutes it took us to arrive. Seemed to be a popular place and we were all satisfied.
