REAL Bagels! With vegan spreads! - Edit
Owner Frank lived in the USA for a while and prepares his bagels like they do in New York, with crispy outside and chewy inside. All the bagels (on my visit anyway) were vegan with creative flavors like Spinach Onion, Jalapeno and Tomato Garlic (not every flavor available every day). Lots of healthy homemade toppings gave me a bounce in my step the rest of the day. The bagel dog was incredible too - the dog has a snap that can really fool you. Bar seating available at the window and in the back. Note: they also have some vegan muffins and two sweet vegan bagels not pictured: a cinnamon-raisin bagel with melted vegan butter & cinnamon sugar and a sesame bagel with vegan hazelnut spread & caramelized hazelnuts.

Such a cute place close to the shopping street with lots of vegan options on their menu! They had five options for vegan bagels on their menu a monthly one that also were vegan this time! We got the healthy hummus and no-tuna salad and they were both delicious! We also got two of the vegan Bageldogs and they were both spicy and good! The coffee was also good and the staff was friendly!Highly recommended!! 😋😋

Small place. Plenty of vegan options. Lovely staff. Amazing food. Had the no-tuna salad bagel and it was delicious! Strong taste of capers so if you don’t like capers, maybe try a different one but there’s at least 6 other bagel options, vegan sausage pastry and some sweet bagels as well

Read moreLots of different bagel types, and always a "bagel of the month" which has some very interesting combinations. They also have a vegan sausage roll, if you fancy something different 😄 There are always some great vegan and veggy filled bagels. This is a great Leiden lunch option

Cute little bagel shop with bagels and bageldogs (sausage wrapped into bageldough). Tastes very good and fresh. Limited seating inside, four chairs at the window. Servings are smaller than the Bagels and Beans, but an independent shop with quality, I'd say go here at least once!

Plenty of vegan options, way better than the Bagels & Beans. The bagels and spreads are not your basic hummus bagel, they really came up with some creative dishes. The coffee was served with vegan cookies, without us even asking. The owner is vegan so please come and support him so he can veganize even more bagels 💚

Delicious vegan options - Edit
We stumbled on this place and really loved it at first sight. The bagel sandwiches were delicious and they had plenty of vegan bagel options, plus vegan cookies, vegan focaccia(!!) and other vegan sweets. We will definitely come back again multiple times. Ah, the service was also of the highest quality!

Accidentally came across this place and the lentil spread on quinoa bun, with the vegan label underneath it, drew me in.
Read moreI had the vegan dog bagel, which was good, but a little too spicy for my liking. Had coffee with oat milk, which was good.
The service was excellent and the baker very friendly and helpful. I'm excited to have found this place and I'm keen to go back.
