Good noodles and broth - Edit
Solid vegan ramen option in east village, I loved the noodles and also the vegan sushi roll. The vegan ramen is creamy and has tomato which I personally love!

Warm Hug - Edit
I got the vegan Raman and the vegan sushi rolls. The sushi rolls are an affordable but refreshing appetizer to get the Ramen however, is like a warm hug. If I’m having a bad day, I will go there and I will leave happy with a full tummy. 10/10 recommend

Best vegan ramen in town - Edit
As a person that lived here for 14 years, I can easily say this is the best vegan ramen you will find in town. Broth itself wins it alone. Service is great too.

Will Skip Next Time - Edit
We were very excited to try the vegan ramen but it did not meet expectations. Very bland and the noodles were not very fresh. Go to Nishiki Ramen for your Vegan ramen fix. You won’t be disappointed! 🥑🥑

A for Effort - Edit
We tried their vegan ramen and the vegan gyoza. The vegan gyoza was really good. The vegan ramen, however, was very blah. I appreciate them having the option, but it has very little effort put into it. If you’re looking for a vegan ramen option in the area, Tajima’s is way better and better priced.

Fast and Delicious - Edit
Great place especially if you don’t have much time to get lunch. Food is made quickly and tastes delicious.
Read moreThey have a few vegan options that are specified on the menu so you don’t have to look for them for too long.
They have a lunch special where you can get the creamy vegan ramen and a vegan sushi roll - I enjoyed this meal a lot. Keeps you full for a long time.
P.S. My non-vegan friends tried the vegan dishes I got and said that they’ll be getting only them from now on.
Pros: Vegan options available , Food tastes good and keeps you full , Fast
Cons: A bit pricey , Not that many vegan options

I was happy to find a vegan option. We had been craving this all week. Very good. Found it to be on the greasy end. But flavorful.

Only has one vegan option but it's the best one I've tried in SD and I've tried a lot. The broth is Rich and creamy without being too salty.
