Some good vegan options - Edit
Clearly marked vegan options on the menu. So good we went back twice. Options were vegan sausage hot roll, vegan 'chicken' burger and a toastie. All a little junk foodie, but great for a treat.

Very tasty - Edit
Whilst visiting the botanic garden we decided to stop at the redwood Cafe initially for a cup of tea before heading onto Inverary for a lunch stop when I was pleasantly surprised with the vegan food offer so ended up buying lunch here. I got the sundried tomato, red onion, black olive and vegan cheese toastie which came with coleslaw and tortilla. One of the tastiest vegan toasties I've ever had and the portion size was generous.

Great little place in beautiful surroundings - Edit
We visited the Redwood Coffee Shop after a trip to beautiful Puck's Glen in Dunnoon and before exploring the Benmore Botanic Gardens. It was nice weather so we were able to sit outside although indoor seating is available too (inside the lovely gift shop). They had three vegan options - a burger, a curry and a cheese toastie. I opted for the cheese toastie with chips and they even had vegan mayo too. They had a vegan cake option and plant milks but I was too full to try the cake!

Benmore Cowal not to be Missed!!! - Edit
Visit the Gardens, then rest at the Café eat drink and be refreshed. Head off to Pucks Glen or Kilmun Arboretum, experience and explore, Glen Branter and back to the Cafe for a steamin bowl of soup, enjoyed my every visit over the years.

Nice for lunch and cake - Edit
Stopped at the cafe while exploring the gardens, they have jacket potatoes with lentil bolognese (which I had) you could also have it with just beans and it comes with a little side salad. It was very nice and worth going there just fot that. There was also a potato scone on the menu and soup. They also have a selection of vegan cakes, which I was told changes periodically, at the time they had carrot cake, chocolate cake, and oat and date slice. My and my other half shared the carrot cake (it was lovely but full of raisins) and oat and date slice - that one was great.
Read morePros: Outside sitting under a tent, usable even in rain., Lentil bolognese was really nice.
Cons: No plant based milk for coffee/tea

Amazing cake and clearly labelled menu - Edit
I came here as a stop off on a walk round Argyll Forest Park yesterday and had a fantastic vegan chocolate brownie and oat milk. The cakes and the food menu were both clearly labelled with what was suitable for vegans.
