Très cher et pas très bien cuisiné - Edit
J’étais très surprise de constater que la paella vegan coûte 22 euros pour une personne et le riz était pâteux et plein d’eau. Il n’y a plus de menu vegan séparé.

Excellent separate vegan menu - Edit
Great modern Spanish food with a separate vegan menu. The vegan paella and berenjenas are my favourites, but everything is well-executed with bright, creative flavours. I was in Sevilla for only 3 days and went back twice because it was that good. The staff is wonderful as well.

They have a separate vegan menu that has about eight options on it.
Read moreWe had the berenjenas (eggplant) dish and it was delicious. Their patatas bravas is also really good. Their pumpkin dish is simple but cooked to perfection.
You may have to specify that you don't want egg in your aioli or to avoid honey in the berenjenas.
Pros: The berenjenas are a delight
