Decent (but not memorable) pizza - Edit
Coming from Israel, I was so excited to have my first slice of American Pizza. I appreciate that this place has a vegan option, which alot of kosher pizzerias do not have. I tried the supreme. The Vege Peperoni and meatballs were great and they were not cheap with the toppings, but I didn't find the crust (which was a little thick for my taste) or the sauce particularly good or memorable. While I appreciate the effort for vegans, there are better plant based cheeses out there than Daiya.

Kosher pizza spot - Edit
I've been pleasantly surprised with their pizza - enough that I put a birthday order of 20 pizzas one time. I ordered some with vegan cheese and some cheese-less. They called me to confirm that I wanted vegan cheese and cheese-less, and not vegan cheese vs cow's cheese. I found them to be really careful (as they should be), which makes me feel comfortable making large orders.
Read moreThey have daiya cheese, soy meatballs, and vegan pepperoni. It's a kosher pizza place, so they do not handle any meat from mammals or birds. There is also no fish or seafood on the menu.
Interestingly, their fries are by far my favorite item. They always come out super super crispy.

Vegan friendly and all vegetarian menu - Edit
I'm happy to report that they no longer serve fish, so are truly vegetarian! Many "kosher-vegetarian" places serve fish, but not at this place anymore. It's also great that they have Daiya cheese and a vegan crust.
Read more**Update: the manager informed me that they "have a school that we make fish sticks for. So our store menu is fully vegetarian, but we're careful with wording for people who have allergy concerns. We're hoping to move that school off fish sticks, but those conversations won't start until the school year is out."**
The food and service were good. But I found the pizza to be a bit plain tasting. That's just my opinion. That's why I only gave them 4 stars. They might have had a different sauce option to add some kick to it. I'll try it again and see what they can do. Also, it's a bit pricey, especially when you add some of the premium toppings like broccoli and falafel. But I still highly recommend!

Good neighborhood pizza spot - Edit
Big, 18 inch Daiya cheese pizzas. This hit the spot for my pizza craving. It’s a no frills, neighborhood pizza parlor, which I found nostalgic. The vegan cheese costs extra and so do toppings.
