Ice Cream
Dairy ice cream company founded 1978 with the opening of its small shop in Vermont, US. Since has expanded into an international franchising enterprise and operates manufacturing facilities making its line of products for sale at grocery stores everywhere. In 2017 its retails shops began offering a couple of vegan ice cream and sorbet options as well as almond milk for milkshakes. Vegan flavors may vary so ask. Ask for vegan cones. Also look in the fridge for pints to take home. Closes winter months.

Great Ice Cream (at a price) - Edit
Ben and Jerry's vegan cream is excellent. I'm not denouncing the product. The price is out of control.
Read moreWe had the two current flavors (cookie dough and Change the Whirled). Change the Whirled is the finest flavor B & J's has ever created, sunflower butter-based with pieces of graham cracker and chocolate chunks. It's creamy and perfectly textured. The cookie dough is wonderful but doesn't excite me like the Change the Whirled.
Unfortunately, the price makes you rethink the purchase. Silver lining--it keeps my wallet heavier.

Finally Vegans Can Go Out for Ice Cream Too - Edit
I normally like to support non-chain and locally-owned businesses, BUT Ben & Jerry's is my favorite vegan ice cream. I went here last night and had the Cookie Dough and my husband has the Cold Brew. They were both excellent. There were two options for cones as well. They also have more vegan flavors in pints to go.

They have two vegan ice cream flavors, cold brew which was delicious and cookie dough which I didn’t like as much. Nice staff. They also had sorbets I think two of them one of them was lemonade flavor but I didn’t try them.
