Got rid of most vegan options - Edit
They used to have a decent vegan breakfast wrap, but it's not on the menu anymore. They have a vegan cheesesteak listed, but didn't have any went I tried to order one. Looks like the fruit bowl is the only option at this point. Such a bummer

Had 1 vegan option, a vegan cheese steak sandwich. Toasted which is nice- $17, which is pricey for what it is but it’s ok. Steak” is vegan sausage and has vegan cheese

Pretty good breakfast burrito - Edit
They have one vegan breakfast burrito (marked vegetarian but server confirmed it was the only vegan dish) for $17 and a fruit cup for $10. It wasn’t anything amazing, but nice to have a filling option! BTW the place across the hall looked to have vegan açaí options but I didn’t wait in line to confirm.

Vegas options are limited on the strip, came her for breakfast, as they sell vegan wrap. It’s a pre-made wrap that gets warmed. Not cheap. But they do have plant milk for coffees!

Bellagio Vegan breakfast option - Edit
My husband and I were staying at the Bellagio hotel for a long weekend and found this cute bakery inside the hotel with a vegan breakfast option. I had the vegan breakfast wrap (tofu, spinach, etc) with an oat milk latte. It was really good!
