Greasiest meal in years - no vegan options on menu (bad food, poor service) - Edit
NO VEGAN MENU — we asked, because I had read a review here that said they did, but they do not! And the menu had almost no veg options. I didn’t want the veggie tempura because they fry it in the same oil as the non-veg stuff. I asked about vegan options, and they could make only a couple of noodle dishes without the meat. We got the chow mein, and they replaced the meat with fried tofu. It was extremely oily and only had one piece of broccoli, one piece of bok choy, and one piece of red bell pepper, with a mound of soggy noodles and three large fried tofu chunks. The garlic water spinach was fine but greasy (ask for it without fish sauce), but it was $18 just for the plate of sautéed greens! This was the greasiest meal I’ve had in years, and extremely expensive for what we got. The unfriendly server never came back to our table after taking our order, although I had wanted to ask if the chili sauce in the table had any fish paste in it. Very inattentive service for such an expensive restaurant in a fancy casino. Not good at all!

Great option for being on the strip - Edit
Separate vegan menu and the food was tasty. Kind of pricy, but you are in the middle of the strip at the Bellagio.

I didn’t enjoy mine. - Edit
I got the veggie spring rolls and tempura vegetables. The serving sizes were small, the food was very oily, and the dipping sauce had almost no flavor. I can’t see myself going back.

Solid veg fare at Bellagio - Edit
Not sure why the negative reviews. They have a separate vegan menu and my food was incredibly tasty. I had stir fried mixed veggies, sautéed flat noodles, and veggie fried rice (obviously, I shared with someone). All the food was tasty and the plates were cleaned.
Read moreIs it a little oily? Maybe. It’s Chinese food. Is it a little pricey? Maybe. You’re at the Bellagio.
Solid veg fare in a place where it can be hard to find.
Pros: Separate vegan menu, Tasty food, Good service
Cons: Oily, Pricey

Few options and food isn’t very good - Edit
Been here many times and many times have been disappointed. The bellagio in general doesn’t have good options for vegans. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you’re stuck at bellagio

Tasty! - Edit
Ask for the vegan menu and the server suggested a delicious noodle dish. Good service and nice decor. Could not smell the smoke from the casino thankfully.

Poor experience - Edit
I was really excited when I saw this place offered a vegan menu so I went for the battered tofu to start, this was just plain silken tofu in batter with a dip. Quite bland. Then the main course was the vegetable noodles. These were served with no sauce whatsoever so plain stir fried vegetables and noodles for $30. I told the server they were too plain so he brought over a portion of dipping sauce but this was so watery that my noodles ended up like cold soup. Very disappointing

Not very vegan friendly - Edit
They only had 2 vegan options when I was here, fried rice and stir fried noodles. Both were bland and the noodles were very oily. I suggest you choose a different place if you want vegan food.

Solid - Edit
The small vegan menu offers some good options. I had the wok fried rice noodles with veggies and the tofu, mushroom bok choy combo on another trip. The sauces were a bit bland but the food is well prepared otherwise.

Pretty good - Edit
Not a huge vegan selection but nice because it was on the strip. We had to ask waiter for the Vegan menu and they were very nice and accommodating. I got noodles and veggies. It was pretty good!

Small vegan menu but tasty - Edit
Great food, basic things prepared vegan. I had the edamame appetizer and the wok fried vegetable noodles. The edamame was good but the noodles were awesome. They were very accommodating to my requests on vegetables as well.

Memorable dining experience - Edit
Beautiful restaurant, attentive service and spectacular food. Noodles has a separate 1-page vegan menu (ask the hostess). We asked our server if the chef could veganize one of their wok-fried noodle dishes, Yaki Udon, with tofu. They were very accommodating and the dish was memorable.
