Noodles and Rolls - Edit
I’ve eaten here twice recently and had a great meal both times. There are noodle and rice dishes that you can get vegan as well as two types of vegan sushi rolls. I haven’t tried the veggie gyoza, but the udon noodles, yakisoba, and sushi rolls are fantastic.

Veganized Ramen - Edit
Struggled to make it possible to explain what I wanted (between the language barrier of my terrible Spanish and Google Translate), but it was worth it! Super yummy, hit the spot, totally affordable, and there were other options, but the soup was plenty (see photos)
