World-class cinnamon rolls - Edit
BEG bakery has a great thing going. All plant-based, with GF versions of almost everything they make, and a separate GF kitchen to prevent contamination.
Read moreThe muffins and cupcakes are very good, but for my taste the real star here is their exquisite cinnamon roll.
The staff are friendly and helpful, and seem to be enjoying their roaring trade.

We stopped by here after my daughter’s first half marathon as the food after running events tends to not be very vegan friendly and she definitely deserved a treat!! My son and daughter had red velvet cupcakes and I had a cinnamon roll. The cupcakes were available gluten free as well. It was a nice atmosphere as well and we sat on a large blue sofa while enjoying our treats.

Cons: I ordered a cake from here and it was like $82.., For 8” and it was not as good as their cupcakes…, I felt ripped off, will not order cake again.

The owner was there and was very friendly. Gave us samples of his house made ice cream, and his house made meatballs. They were both great but the meatball was a 10!! Got some incredible muffins and the blueberry was our favorite. What’s great place.

We love the comfort of knowing that we can go here and not worry about getting an allergic reaction. We are gluten-free and love the idea that they have two separate kitchens to avoid cross-contamination. The staff is super friendly. The atmosphere is very cute and inviting. It’s a great place nestled in a quiet neighborhood. We look forward to visiting again soon.

Incredible Desserts and Friendly Owner - Edit
The owner helped us when we stopped in. He gave everyone a free sample of their soft serve and walked us through all of the baked good options. We had a bigger group, so we let him talk us into an around the world sampler, which was one of each item in the case. He said he would give us a free brownie, but he ended up giving us an entire 8x8 pan of brownies. The cinnamon roll and brownies were some of the best baked goods I've ever had, and the cupcakes, muffins, and donuts (donuts are only available on Sundays) were all delicious too. We had a wonderful experience and would stop anytime we are visiting the area. Our non vegan friends all loved it too!

Stopped at BEG tonight because of their food truck night with Hot Sauce & Pepper. BEG never disappoints - we’ve been many times before and tried various things on their menu. Tonight we had the ice cream and the owner made my girlfriend a mango sundae that wasn’t on the menu. Would definitely recommend for a sweet treat or for any event or party needs - some of the best vegan desserts in the valley. Staff is wonderful and atmosphere is great.

They do a nice special for first time visitors where you get an extra item if you buy a six pack of any desserts and a discount on top of it. Texture is great, taste is good too. If you're trying to avoid refined sugar there are no options yet, asked them if they'd consider substituting Monk Fruit Powder in some of their offerings. Overall was a sensational visit, the owner is very nice and positively motivated. The fact that everything has some refined sugar in it is the only thing that's keeping me from giving it 5 stars. Great spot.

Their cupcakes are too thick for me; not light and fluffy like cupcakes should be. The gluten-free ones are obviously gf (iykyk). Icing was very good though. Soft serve is good. Brownies were very good. The brownie sundae was delicious!

It's a gorgeous space, which I assume can be rented out because I saw several events happening during my visits.
If you go towards closing time you might run into some deals.
And although I don't love their cupcakes, I would frequent them for other treats.

This bakery knocks it out of the park. The heated cinnamon rolls with homemade cream cheese are an obvious winner and worth the acclaim, but the Boston Cream cupcakes (GF option, too) the banana muffins, the famous Fudgy brownies, etc.. they all kill it. And you can get some good fresh to order coffee to go with. The ownership and management is also really stellar and caring, and you'll likely be helped by the awesome owner himself, Rich. Ask him about his favorite Rush concert and give him your best Gluten free baking advicd!

Fun, chill atmosphere & kind staff! - Edit
I visited here on a Wednesday morning with my 4 yr old daughter. We were greeted warmly and immediately asked if we had any allergy or dietary restrictions. Luckily, we’re simply vegan, but I was so impressed with the amount of gluten free offerings!

I chatted quite a bit with the person behind the counter, who I assumed to be the owner and they were so sweet. They thoughtfully explained the menu, welcomed us to the area and made us feel super comfy. There’s an awesome lounge area with board games and kids coloring books and toys. I was able to peacefully enjoy my food while my kiddo played happily.
Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

The owner at BEG is amazing. She is so happy every time I've been in and always willing to answer questions/help her customers. We went there for my mom and son's first birthday and she was so sweet with the extra treats provided, plus the pictures she took for our family. She also made sure we had a nice setup to celebrate.

The baked goods I tried were all delicious, especially if you’re a sugar fiend (everything was SWEET). I was offered a free sample of their soft serve which was tasty, I bet the milkshakes are delicious. Also tried a Boston crème cupcake, cinnamon roll, and cookies.
Read moreThe only downside is the coffee. I love good coffee and it looked like their coffee setup was mostly cold brew and a keurig. I skipped it and went to Cartel instead for my Java fix.

LOVED the massive cinnamon rolls. It was a 3rd generation family recipe and I can see why. Yum! The blueberry muffins were fabulous with fresh berries. Even the cookies were yummy! We stopped by in the afternoon and they gave us a discount and a few extras rather than let them go to waste. We have an almond allergy in the family (which makes vegans sweets extremely challenging to find) and the staff was knowledgeable about what was safe to eat (cinnamon rolls, muffins, and brownies were all almond free). We got extras for breakfast the next day and they were just as delicious leftover.

This is the best soft serve I’ve ever had!! BEG has a variety of gorgeous cupcakes, muffins, cinnamon buns, brownies and other treats. The soft serve toppings and mix-ins are thoughtful and amazing. Banana foster, grandmother’s strawberry preserves, marshmallow, and on and on.

Nice staff and location with a lot of indoor seating. Their soft serve is amazing, great on it's own but also has multiple mix in/topping options. They have a large selection of cupcakes and other baked goods including gluten-free options.
