Super lecker und gemütlich - Edit
Das Beet & Seed sind zwei Restaurants welche jedoch zusammen gehören bzw. eigentlich ein und das selbe Restaurant sind. Es gibt dort richtig richtig leckeres veganes Essen , es ist direkt in der Innenstadt also vom Bahnhof aus circa 15 Minuten zu laufen. Super schön eingerichtet , sehr freundlich und so lecker.

Love it there. A fully vegan menu and everything I tried was awesome. The restaurants beet & seed are in the same building and belong together. My friends and I tried the Mac’n cheese and the truffle variation. Tasty! The Thai Burger as well! Will definitely eat here again when I will be back.

We ordered the jackfruit taco and the glazed aubergine.

I said they were “almost” meals because they were both missing at least one element that would have made them great.
The glazed aubergine had dry plain rice which could have done with something like edamame or even soy sauce.
The taco needed some guacamole or salsa on the side for the nachos because they were just plain and dry.
We ordered the croquettes as well and these were really tasty treat.

We ate the Mac and cheese and the Thai Burger. They were both very tasty. We had the lemon pie and a chocolate for dessert and they were okay, nothing special.

The food was good, but I don't think it was worth the price. I tried the curry, supposedly with seasonal vegetables, and it ended up feeling like a winter curry. It was quite expensive for just rice and vegetables. All three of us thought the food was nothing special. It was good, but not outstanding. However the triple chocolate cake was not good, it was super dry and could use some custard or ice cream. We ate inside and it was really noisy. The music is a little loud to begin with, but the worst was one member of the staff throwing plates, making such a racket it was unbearable. Do not recommend.

I made a reservation but the place wasn't overly busy. Nonetheless, it seemed like they asked everyone who entered if they did.

This was an amazing meal, and experience. We sat outside, friendly staff and the food was simply amazing, we had the potato croquettes (a must try) mac and cheese and a durum, clean plates all round, will be coming back again

We took two dishes. The mac'n'cheese and curry. The mac'n'cheese was stunning - the taste was well balanced and it specifically appreciated the texture. The curry was tasty but nothing exceptional.
Read moreIt was a bit confusing getting there. We originally wanted to go to Seet (the restaurant) but it was only opening at 6PM. So we went to Beet to get something to drink and wait 10 minutes before the restaurant opened. Then we were told we can eat at Beet as well.

Read moreThe whole menu is vegan so if you want “normal” cow milk you should go somewhere else 😜.
The menu is quite elaborated. You can find burgers, soups, salads or wraps. And lately you can also try out their famous Mac’n’Cheese.
The burgers are good and tasty but not over the top.
The salads unfortunately, have from my opinion too much dressing on it.
However, they do have very appealing and delicious desserts from API, a must to try!
Edit: Tried out their vegan revisited Caesar salad. The usual chicken was replaced by the chicken nuggets, which were very tasty.
On the other hand, the rest was also good, but nothing special, and way too much sauce, as always.
PS: no more patisseries from API, however, they still serve delicious looking and tasting desserts on their counter.
Edit: little coffee break with a sweet. First choice was the lemon meringue tarte and second was a slice of the chocolate cake.
The lemon meringue was nicely lemony and the meringue was nicely airy and not too sweet.
However the chocolate cake was to my liking too dense and too much chocolate.

After having many vegan options on our trip through France and Luxembourg that were in the "veggie burger/vegan pizza" style, having a poke bowl with fresh tastes and vegetable-forward was an absolute breath of fresh air. Beautiful presentation and excellent flavors.
