Incredible Vegan Options - Edit
Beertown has an amazing lineup of tasty vegan options, they even tend to offer vegan options with their monthly specials which is almost unheard of in the industry.

Nice big menu - Edit
It seems they’ve gotten the memo that plant-based food is in demand! Nice sized menu with lots of choices (for a place that isn’t dedicatedly vegan).

Excellent! - Edit
They have a whole vegan menu! Chicken sandwiches are especially delicious but everything I've had from here has been great!

Plant Based NOT Vegan - Edit
Went here yesterday and had a great time, delicious burger and sweet potato fries. Very friendly waitress who seemed like she knew about the menu and understood about allergies and preferences.
Read moreWent again today with different people since we had such a great time, and found out that the gluten free bun I'd had the day before has egg in it (which explains my eczema flare up since I'm allergic to egg). Apparently, no buns are egg free, so if you get a plant based burger, there is no real vegan option. Waitress and manager were very apologetic, offered us free food (we refused and just had water) and gave us a coupon to try to get us to come back again.
Very disappointed.
If you're vegan or allergic to anything, be sure to be very clear! They do seem to take allergies seriously, but be warned that plant based does not mean vegan.
Pros: Entire plant based menu, Apologetic staff
Cons: Plant based does NOT mean vegan

Good to know! I stick to their Yucatan bowl but have eyed their burgers and spicy chik’n. Thanks for the heads up!

The entire plant based menu is now vegan, including the buns. Not sure when this changed, but it has. Confirmed with their head office.

Great options - Edit
This place has a very accommodating menu, a full GF and plant based menus. The plant based burgers my sister and I had were amazing. The vegan mayo to dip the fries was also sooo good. I would do here just for their separate plant based menu!!

The start of something. - Edit
I think beer town is amazing for getting with the times and having lots of options. The vegan tacos are great! The buns they use are vegan and gluten free but fall apart so that’s a downside. They should try putting a drink menu that they know is vegan friendly as well. Desert was dry but fries were awesome.

Extensive vegan menu - Edit
They have about 15 vegan menu items, and everything is made in house. I’m so happy they adopted a vegan menu as well because I truly love this restaurant. They also have the best beer selection in the city, hands down. All of their aïolis are vegan. I had the Mongolian sandwich with sweet fries. Heads up that their vegan bun is the gluten free bun, but you can get sandwiches as wraps as well which makes it vegan without the gf bun! Regular buns have egg wash. Excellent service, great food, awesome atmosphere and so happy they have such an extensive vegan selection. A must try !! I
