Beefeater has a limited range of options suitable for Vegans, and the quality of food seems to be relatively consistent across their sites.
Read moreI started my meal with a portion of Vegan Nachos which were honestly underwhelming at best - a few tortilla chips with a teaspoon of onion, tomato and chilli haphazardly spread over the top. For the price, it would have been nice to have had some Salsa or Guacamole.
The garden gourmet burger was way you’d expect from a lazy pub vegan option, through the chips were stone cold on arrival. Maybe serve it on a warm plate, or pick some chips with a higher thermal mass. For £16 you should really be doing better.
