Great vegan burgers - Edit
This is the flagship location of Beef and Liberty. Whilst the name is offputting, they use a sister brand "Leaves & Liberty" to highlight their vegan/vegetarian options.

During January 2021 for Veganuary, this location went entirely vegetarian. In my view, this demonstrates a high level of commitment to veg/green options.
As the menu says, vegan buns available on request, so state you want the vegan bun when ordering.
They have vegan options that are designed to taste like meat, and ones that taste more like vegetables.
They currently have four vegan options on the regular menu (beetroot / falafel / Thai omnipork / Shrumami) and a monthly special (aftershroom). I recently tried another special which was a quinoa and jackfruit burger and really enjoyed it. They are labelled vegetarian but once you change to vegan bun, it would be vegan (just double check with them if you have any doubt).
OR you can change any beef burger to Impossible, by paying an HKD20 surcharge. For this, my personal favourite is the black pepper. SO GOOD! Say you're vegan so they give you the vegan cheese and sauces.
I also like the vegan chilli cheese fries and the vegan chocolate cake!
It can get expensive, so if you want to save $$$, go for the lunch special or Double Trouble Mondays from 6pm (= if you dine in and order any burger and a drink, you get the second burger for free).
