Serves meat, vegan options available. Simple decor Thai food restaurant with bar. Typical Thai menu that's not veg but some dishes can be made veg/vegan by requesting veggies or tofu. Open Mon-Sun 11:00am-9:30pm.
I used to love this place years ago. However, in 2022, I found chicken in my curry after specifying that it needed to be made vegan. I called the restaurant and they didn’t even apologize. Tried again last week, went in-person during a non-busy time, and kindly and clearly asked if they could make the dish vegan and was told they could and would. However, I found chicken in my tofu and veggie red curry AGAIN. I will not give them a third chance.
The curry overall had a strange sweet/mild flavor, and was not fresh and flavorful like I'd expect from a Thai dish. They hold back on the spice levels as well. Aside from that, I found a piece of chicken in my curry. I wasn't able to finish it, both because of the strange flavor and the dirtiness I felt after finding the chicken. I won't be going back.
Almost anything you want you can get a vegan version of with veggies or tofu. Very tasty and lunches very affordable. Under $20 for two. I would have given 5 stars but system wouldn't let me.
Beau Thai is a family-owned restaurant that serves very tasty Thai dishes.
There are plenty of vegan (or veganizable) options, including both appetizers and mains. This makes it one of the most veg*n-friendly places in Evergreen (along with Saigon Landing).
As with most Thai restaurants, just be sure to specify that you don't want fish sauce (which might otherwise be present even in vegetable-oriented dishes).
The curries are recommended.
Prices are reasonable and portions are generous.
It's located in the back corner of a strip mall, and there's ample parking in front.
The same family runs a Nepali/Indian restaurant two doors over.

Disappointed: fish sauce in green curry - Edit
I did not know that I would need to ask the tofu curry be specially requested as vegan. The sauce had fish sauce in it.
