Plenty to work with - Edit
They offer a vegan sausage crumble and a vegan pepperoni (both of which are amazing), along with a vegan cheese option. Therefore, there are many ways to mix and match and customize, etc. The build-your-owns get expensive fast. But there is a pre-built, reasonably priced combo pizza with the vegan options that we got, which was soooo good. (We opted for no cheese instead of vegan cheese.) Considering the vegan ingredients they have on hand, I wish they’d put more official items on their menu (like vegan cheese bread, etc). But I assume you can swap some ingredients for vegans ones upon request, although I have not made that effort yet, so not entirely sure. Fun environment and tasty overall otherwise!

Mountains of Bread - Edit
Beau Jo's has great vegan options - vegan cheese, pepperoni, and crumbles, and loads of veggie toppings - and the pizza part of their pizzas is great. But they call these "mountain pizzas", which I guess means the crust is high so they can pile toppings high in the center, sort of like a deep dish. I've noticed that with they're really sparse with the vegan cheese and proteins, so the pizza is mostly mounds of crust. It's worth one visit, but maybe not a second. Ask for some pizza sauce on the side for dipping your crust, their default crust dip is honey that's on all the tables.

Great vegan pizza - Edit
I stumbled upon this place with my family (who are non-vegans), I’ve read reviews that the place had limited options however when I went, there was dairy free cheese, plant based pepperoni/sausage, and a wheat crust which is also vegan (others contained honey). I ordered the lunch special which was $11.99, it came with a salad and a personal medium sized pizza with 2 toppings (2 people can eat this). My server was kind enough to guide me what was vegan (along with salad dressings) and he helped me craft my pizza (adding other toppings was extra however- I added olives and mushrooms I’m unsure of the price at the end). The pizza and salad were pretty good, I’d order from this restaurant again but if you wanna get your money’s worth don’t get thick crust like me, definitely get the thin crust!!

Huge pizza - Edit
We bought the vegetarian combo mountain style pizza was really good. They have agave wheat crust, vegan cheese, and we choose their vegan sausage.

One Vegan Option - Edit
Not vegan friendly. All they had to offer was the walnut cranberry salad. Fourtunetally it was pretty good but I really wanted vegan pizza. Unfourtunetally the rest of my party (non-vegan) didn’t like their food.

All pizza crusts are made with honey, so no vegan pizza here. There is a salad bar though!

Vegan options are seriously limited - Edit
I'd be cautious when dining at Beau Jo's. In a recent visit we were told by our server that the gluten-free pizza crust contains egg and their regular crust is made with honey. So no pizza with vegan cheese for us. We ended up having the wraps without the feta cheese as that was all we could feel close to safe about eating.
