Good range of food depending on what you fancy including hot dogs, fries, toasties, mexican and the weekly special. We had the special and the tacos and was not disappointed, the food was fresh and felt wholesome!

This cafe now exists as more of a takeaway shack at the rear of ‘The Ladder’ venue. Well, signed, posted and easy to find, you will come to a lovely outdoor space with plenty of seating (some undercover).
Read moreI had an all day brunch which was great value and yummy! They had a range of options for vegans and vegetarians alike.
Pros: Menu variety, Outdoor seating space , Let me use my plate from my van!
Cons: Only Takeaway boxes / single-use containers

Read moreWe had between us; a dirty dog, a falafel wrap a grilled cheese sandwich, all vegan. All were yummy and decent sizes. We also had coffee and cake, there was a good range of cakes, mostly vegan. Great seating area with lots to look at it, we felt at home :)

Paul and Ben are friendly, experienced purveyors of food and hosts of entertainment. They are artistically creative and have been providing vegan and vegetarian meals in different locations around Redruth for many years.

I believe there is a vegan option for every meal they serve and they only serve vegan and vegetarian food.
They have gluten free options.
Their portions are generous.
Beets and Roots use non plastic cutlery, cups and plates.
