Vegan sushi! - Edit
Though located in a very random area, Beach House has fun vibes and good atmosphere.
Read moreThey have a small vegetarian section of the menu for sushi. I got the “new era vegetarian” and asked them to leave out the cream cheese. Be aware, even though it doesn’t say it they did put dabs of mayo on top, so specify “no mayo” when you’re ordering. My friend got the vegetarian pokè which was super delicious and comes vegan as is.
While I didn’t try it, I bet you could get the “veg delight” without cream cheese too! The bill was super cheap; two waters, a drink, sushi and the pokè bowl was $20 even.
A great find, especially for something novel in the area like vegan sushi!
