Nice Italian Option Near The Beach - Edit
Italian food is my favorite style of cuisine, and being a vegan, it's always a challenge to find a place willing to make - or even buy ingredients for - dairy free dishes. Bella might not offer a large amount of meatless options, but you can get a pizza, Stromboli, or calzone veganized, and it certainly hits that craving whenever I'm out near the beach.

Both of the vegan pizzas i got and the vegan garlic knots were so good and really hit the spot i got one pizza with just cheese and veggies and the other had cheese veggies and vegan meat, i really appreciated the variety.I i ordered to go and it only took about 20 minutes, so it was pretty fast and the staff was very friendly.

We began getting pizza here about a year ago when we moved to the area, and Bean Bella Pizza has become a firm favorite! The menu has a dedicated section for vegan pizza that includes various vegan options like a cheese pizza, veggie pizza, meat-lovers pizza, or Supreme pizza—all vegan, of course. The vegan cheese here is the best of any I’ve had—melts well.

However, several vegan meat replacements are offered: vegan sausage, vegan chicken, and vegan pepperoni. The vegan pepperoni does not show up on the menu, but it seems to be available consistently.

Read moreEasy to order online. I ordered the vegan soy veggie deluxe and asked them to add artichoke and chick'n strips. That increased price by $5. So my pizza was $26 for a medium sized pie. That is expensive in my opinion, but it satisfied my craving. Pizza was ready on time. Was loaded with the toppings right up to the edge of the crust. Taste & texture were good and I will have leftovers for lunch today.

Pizza was good, especially with the “meat” options. I got the meat lovers pizza, it came with “sausage” and “chicken”. Both toppings were good, I wish they had a bit more spice or flavor though. Still good, but not worth the price in my opinion. The 14inch was $21.

Went while on vacation in VA Beach after seeing menus all over the place. Ordered Plant-based Soy Deluxe pizza. Good tasting with good melt on vegan cheese. Vegan “chicken” topping was a bit tasteless but had good texture. Vegan sausage was good. Would return for sure. Vegan options were pricey, but typically are everywhere.

We were desperately searching for vegan pizza open after 9 PM that would deliver to our hotel by the beach, and we finally found it at Beach Bella Pizza II. The menu online has a very clearly labelled Vegan Pizza section, and you can use an app to order. I'm assuming they can probably make vegan calzones too, but we didn't try that this time. We had trouble getting two different credit cards to work on their app and had to call, which led to several errors in our order (we definitely didn't want olives and had to pick them all off). We tried to order the vegan "chicken" and "sausage," but they did not put them on the pizza, I guess there was a miscommunication. But - they got the "vegan" part right and the soy cheese was cheesy enough and satisfied our pizza craving. It took about 1 hour to receive the pizza. This wouldn't be my first choice for vegan pizza, but it's good enough!
