Great find, right by the beach!

Kiosk-style Health Food Cafe, with seating and with a sea view. Very friendly lady who runs the place.
Although the cafe does serve some meat, we found the vegan options to be great for a quick lunch.
We had a poke bowle with quinoa, pumpkin, tofu and beans etc and a veggie wrap. I ordered a portion of the home made vegan mayo to go with it.
Some of the desserts are vegan too, you have to check on the day. I had the carrot cake, which was great!
As the previous review states, this cafe is only open for lunch.
Overall, I didn’t find Tenerife great for vegan options, so we were happy to stumble upon this place.

Pros: Vegan mayo , Vegan carrot cake

Cons: Serves meat!

good snack for a day at Playa del Duque

The food was good and the staff was very friendly, but some „vegan options“ are not vegan because for example one bowl has the „V“ in front of it, but has turkey in it?! Same with the quiches (cheese) and other dishes that have mozarella in them. I had the green machine panini and it was good. Even though it‘s not perfect labelling-wise, it‘s a good option for vegans at this beautiful beach!
NOTE: only open around lunch time!

Pros: vegan options, (kind of) labelled, staff, seating

Cons: weird/wrong labelling, limited opening hours
