Welcome back... - Edit
New venue, but it has the same delicious food and wonderful friendly service. Enjoyed the salad and lemongrass tofu. Their mock meat dishes are delightful too.

Incredibly delicious and friendly staff - Edit
This place was so delicious! I was expecting a standard mock meat high salt asian cuisine (which is also delicious) but this also felt a lot more subtle with genuine flavours. The staff were so helpful and took as through the menu and gave recommendations. They werw also open quite late and you can book as late as 10pm so dont be put off with closing times as i believe that might be more kitchen closing times.

Nice place - Edit
The staff are extremely friendly and helpful which is good in a place that's not exclusively vegan. Reasonably extensive separate vegan menu and they were very good at adapting dishes to be glutenfree also. I had the mushroom tofu claypot and husband had the mock duck and veg. Both really nice and good portions, but that was to be expected as its definitely not cheap!

Amazing Gem ! - Edit
Amazing Venue ! We have made a reservation atBay Hong via phone call on a Friday Night and as expected it was packed , the service was absolutely spot on , friendly and smiley but most important thing is the food , tasty and very generous portion, one main would serve 2 people easily ,a separate Vegan menu made us feel special , all dishes look great and interesting on their Menu ! We actually enjoyed the music here , something very different as we always seen/heard restaurants playing instrumental background music or cheesy Korean/English pop. It is a breathe of fresh air to hear a different language versions of the familiar English versions and the mixes are very catchy . I could not fault anything at Bay Hong , an enjoyable night for both of us .

First class - Edit
Welcoming waiter, separate vegan menu, quick service, excellent food and generous servings. All round an enjoyable meal.
Read moreOnly negatives are that it's a bit pricey ($14 entrée, $27 main, $9 beer) and the "background" music is quite loud and generally awful (bland Vietnamese cover versions of 80s pop).
Pros: The food is great
Cons: A bit pricey, Awful music

yummy Vietnamese food - Edit
Stumbled upon this place on a Monday evening. The staff were extremely friendly asking us if we had any dietary requirements as we were seated . This place a separate vegan menu for entree, main and dessert. The staff were proud to explain the vegan food was even cooked in separate pots.
Read moreLots of tasty curries on offer for mains some with tofu and others with mock meats.
The price was slightly on the expensive side $80 for two people which included two curries, three small serves of rice and a dessert.
Would go back again.
Pros: separate vegan menu, lots of options
Cons: mains were pricy approx $25 each

Beautiful food and service - Edit
We enjoyed our meal here. I was the only vegan at the table and was made to feel most welcome. Separate vegan menu has many choices including entrees and desserts. Service was so lovely and nothing was too much trouble. My omni friends also found the food excellent so everyone was happy.

Bay Hong has a separate vegan menu with loads of choices. Try satay sticks and lemongrass mock duck, our favourites! Staff are really friendly and welcoming. Lovely place.
