Best Indian in Colorado - Edit
On par with the best South Indian restaurants in real cities. Get the Gobi Manchurian, the rava masala dosa, and the sauced up idlis. The flavors here will spoil you.

The menu isn't labeled but most of the veg section is vegan. A lot of options here that you can't really get at other indian restaurants.

Favorite Indian in Colorado - Edit
There are a lot of things on the menu that you can't find anywhere else and they are happy to make changes to make more things vegan. Casual environment with great staff, they do lots of takeout. Their lunch platter thali is a highlight of any weekday. Take a look at the chaat menu too!!
