Great vegan beet ramen - Edit
Party of four with only one vegetarian. We ended up going to this place and 3 of us ordered the vegan ramen (they have meat options as well). All of us were very happy with the food. The vegan gyozas are also amazing. Awesome English speaking service.

Amazing vegan food - Edit
Vegan options were clearly marked and really tasty - we had green (hot), beet (both hot and cold), and vegan dumplings. It’s in a small quiet area near Takeshita street and has about 20 seats total.

We were two people and chose 2 of 4 vegetarian options. Both were really tasty. Staff was nice and helped ordering and paying via credit card.

One of the best ramen I’ve ever had! - Edit
I got the beet, lemongrass, coconut milk ramen and it was NEXT level! I don’t remember what my boyfriend got but he loved it also! The chef came out with our food and made sure we were aware the “meat” in the ramen was indeed vegan and clarified it looks like meat but it wasn’t. It always refreshing when a place that isn’t full vegan takes the time to make us reassured they didn’t mistake and give us meat! We also tried the vegan gyoza and it was also delicious 10/10

Nothing to write home about, but the vegan green curry noodles were definitely satisfying. They have 2 vegan options and lots of meat options. The green curry had a perfect amount of spice that gradually builds, and the noodles were very good.

Definitely feels like a food chain. You can order three vegan options from the ticket machine. Two of them are cold. Tried the cold ramen which was nice, lemony and a little spicy.

Had the cold green curry, with vegan soy chicken. Really excellent. Vegan dumplings also good. Easy to use ticket machine inside the store and the vegan options are labelled in English.

Had the beetroot ramen and the broth was so thick and flavoursome with nice vegan chicken pieces and the vegan gyozas were a great size and flavour too.

The vegan red beetroot ramen were such a delightful experience. refined taste, deep broth, great toppings and flavor combinations. I have to say they were the best ramen I’ve tasted so far!

I would give it 5 stars honestly. This was the best ramen I’ve had for a couple months. They seemed to have discontinued the miso based ramen (There was no button for it on the machine anymore. Also the owner confirmed that there is only one vegan ramen for now.)
Read moreSo the vegan ramen is shio (salt) based, but they added beetroot to it, which gives the soup a clear pink color and tastewise new complexity. It tasted sophisticated to me and experimental, I have never tasted the combination before. Toppings are generous and include a beetroot gyoza.
Vegan options are: Ramen, Gyoza and Scallion rice (underrated!!!)

Recently Harajuku has been offered with many choices for vegan ramen and bassanova is definitely a new kid on the block with some attitude.
Read moreThey have a creamy miso soup based ramen and beet broth salt ramen and both are amazingly delicious.
They also have fake fried chicken and pot stickers(gyoza) which have been amazing as well.
MosDef worth your time to try this place out.
