4 pieces of tofu - Edit
Recommended by a local friend I ventured to try out this joint in between trains. The locale is easy to miss as the food court area in the south western part of the train station is crammed with people during lunch time. You can have your food either take away or on-site, try and find a somewhat clean table.
Read moreThe customers take the salads themselves from the vitrine and pay the additional juices and whatnot. The juices are freshly made as you wait.
My salad (insalata venere) was good, but disappointingly had only 4 small pieces of tofu. My juice (smoothie actually) was fine as well, but maybe a wee bland, the banana was overpowering all the other flavours.
Pros: Freshly prepared juice , Friendly staff
Cons: Salad had only 4p of tofu, Noisy area

Good option when travelling, different vegan items - Edit
They offer few vegan items including toasts, salads, smoothies and sweets. It is a bit pricey for what you get. Even though it remains one good option if you search for vegan food before taking a train.

Great smoothie! - Edit
Trouble finding the place, found it from the outside. We had the orange wave and pump smoothie. Really good smoothies and vegan options. One star missing for customer service, just a bit rude.

Coffee and a sweet! - Edit
I had an iced coffee (hard to find in Italy) with oat milk (even harder to find in Italy) and a chocolate chip cookie! Delicious and clearly marked as vegan. The staff are great at guiding through the menu and help out with allergies etc. Had a salad from here earlier this week, also very nice!

Perfect food to bring on the train! - Edit
The place was very conveniently placed inside Milano Centrale, making it a perfect place to grab some food before heading on a train! They have many vegan options, all which are clearly labeled as such. The salads and juices were very tasty, but a bit pricey. For 2 salads and 2 small juices we paid €27. Would however really recommend the place, as the salads were great!

Conveniently located and tasty - Edit
As other comments have mentioned, the location is incorrect on maps. Located in ‘il mercato centrale Milano’ inside Milano Centrale train station. Slightly pricey but very tasty food with many vegan options including salads, wraps, toast, smoothies, juices and desserts. Highly recommend the ‘extra rice bowl’ with pitti dressing.

Map function faulty - Edit
Love the food and service. It is located in the food court next to the train station. When I pressed directions in happy cow, the address took us about 5 min in the wrong direction. Got addicted to their smoothies in Florence.

Delicious! - Edit
The shop is inside the Mercato Centrale, near the entrance inside the station. Here you can find a very good variety of salads, toasts, fruit, juices and smoothies. If you have any problem or question, they will help you with anything.
Read moreThe best thing is that the vegan options are more than the vegetarian ones. You can eat inside the Mercato or you have the take away option. The packaging is plastic free.
I’m a regular costumer since September and they have improven a lot. Must try!
Pros: More vegan options than vegetarian ones, Everything is plastic free, The staff is nice and welcoming

Just so so - Edit
Inside the Mercato in the Central station. Cool vibe. The kiosk was unmanned for 10 minutes and when the girl working there arrived she was pretty apathetic.
